just a reminder that the WEATHERMEN are storming the lovely islands this week to give our first ever show in Hawaii at the pipeline cafe. the bill is aesop rock, el-p and cage. rob sonic, big wiz, mr dibbs and TMQ will all be in the spot as well. shit is gonna be nuts. on another note (and for all those asking what i've been up to) cage, sean martin, aesop and i are finished with cages new album "depart from me". i dont really know what to say about it other than we are all very proud of how this record turned out. i am also 3 songs deep in to my follow up to "i'll sleep when you're dead" which is tentatively titled "the cancer for cure". i will be working on that as well as the weathermen album at the same time this year. anyway happy new year and all that good shit and see you soon. love, el"
